About NAD Health Guide

NAD Health Guide is an independent publication dedicated to translating complex mitochondrial and longevity science into clear, actionable information. We focus on NAD+ biology, cellular aging, senolytics, and the emerging field of healthspan optimization.

The longevity field is evolving rapidly — new clinical trials, supplement formulations, and mechanistic discoveries emerge every month. Much of this information is either buried in dense academic papers or distorted by marketing hype. Our role is to sit between those two worlds and explain what the evidence actually shows.

Our Mission

To help readers make informed decisions about supplements, lifestyle interventions, and emerging longevity strategies — grounded in peer-reviewed clinical research rather than anecdote or marketing claims.

Editorial Standards

  • Every claim is sourced from peer-reviewed journals, clinical trials, or authoritative institutions (NIH, FDA, WHO)
  • We prioritize human clinical trial data over animal or in-vitro studies, and clearly label the distinction
  • Content is reviewed for accuracy before publication and updated as new evidence emerges
  • We disclose all affiliate relationships and potential conflicts of interest transparently
  • We explicitly flag emerging research vs. established science
  • No claim is made that a supplement "cures" or "prevents" disease unless supported by regulatory approval

Who Runs This Site

NAD Health Guide is founded and edited by Witsanu Janjam, a health content researcher — not a physician or licensed clinician. I started this site to organize my own research on mitochondrial health and longevity supplements, and to share clear, evidence-based summaries with other readers interested in the same topics.

I want to be upfront: I do not hold a medical degree or clinical license. My role is research curation and editorial review against peer-reviewed sources. If you are looking for personalized medical guidance, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

Content Process

Each article goes through a structured process:

  1. Topic selection — based on reader questions, emerging research, and supplements with meaningful clinical evidence
  2. Literature review — we pull from PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov, and peer-reviewed journals
  3. Drafting — AI-assisted drafting is followed by human editorial review to verify every claim against cited sources
  4. Fact-checking — dosages, mechanisms, and study results are cross-referenced against original research
  5. Publication — articles include clear disclosure, citations where relevant, and safety information

We believe in being transparent about our process. Modern publishing uses AI tools to accelerate research and drafting, but every article on this site is reviewed by a human editor against peer-reviewed sources before publication.

What We Don't Do

  • We do not provide personalized medical advice — always consult your physician
  • We do not recommend specific brands unless there is independent testing data
  • We do not publish content based on marketing press releases or supplement-company claims
  • We do not make therapeutic claims that violate FDA or ASA guidelines
